Returns & Exchanges

At Frome, we take immense pride in curating pieces that resonate with your story and style. While we hope every item is the perfect fit, we understand that on occasion, a return may be necessary.

Australian Orders

You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Items must not be marked as final sale or discounted

  • Garments must be returned in original packaging

  • Your full name and order number

  • Details of the item(s) and reason for return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorisation number and instructions.

Return Shipping
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for peace of mind

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside Australia.
